Cosmetics house – Where can I obtain a certificate of safety assessment and what is the process?
I want to make and sell lipbalm, soap, shaving soap, milk bath, mascara and Mineral Powder Multi-use (can be used on eyes, cheeks, etc.). All items are made from natural commodity and will not include preservatives, artificial colors or flavors. I know that all cosmetic products manufactured in the EU must comply with safety rules were revised in 2004, but how can I get about my products certified?
