Are there makeup tips that can make eyes appear larger?

Always curl lashes before applying mascara. You can actually curl lashes AFTER mascara is applied, as long as your mascara is dried (a good tip to know if you want to curl your lashes later in the day without removing your mascara). I noticed that if you have sparse eyelashes there is really no need to apply mascara on bottom lashes because there is so little anyway and the eyeliner has already completed the effect. Also, I noticed that if you leave your lashes dry between every few layers, the drama will build more quickly and effectively instead of stacking one layer after another continuously and you end up having legs "hideous spider" looking lashes.
