How to reduce frizz and have beautiful wavy hair
I have slightly wavy hair that tends to get frizzy, especially wet weather. It is a problem for many women and leads to damage the hair with a flat iron or blow drying.
So here a trick to get your locks Shining:
1. Stop using sulfate based shampoos. Try a natural, organic shampoo, or wash your hair with conditioner. Yup, conditioner!
2. While your hair is still wet, scrunch in some gel.
3. Air dry, without touching for frizz free hair!
This is just a basic summary of who can help you start healthy, beautiful wavy hair.
I also do what is called a conditioner Only Wash, Wash Shampoo or CO usually contain harsh detergents, sulfates known, which strip hair. They are so strong that my scalp flakes, I get split ends and my hair actually falling! Despite the drawbacks, sulfate shampoos are excellent for removing build.
However, most of the time I do a Wash CO. To use this method to choose a conditioner that does not contain mineral oil, waxes, paraffin, oil, silicones, polymers and avoid it. Suave Naturals, VO5 Clarifying and White Rain Coconut works pretty well. If you can find all-natural air conditioner, even better. Light air conditioners clean better, while with heavy conditioners oil are best for, well, packing. If you've used Hair Products with ingredients above, you may need to use a shampoo first clarifying. Wash your hair with shampoo from root to tip, then give the bottle!
